Introduced in 1882 by Alex Livingston, prominent in developing new plant varieties on his farm in Ohio. Rich yellow color with some red at the bottom, low acid compared to red tomatoes, High yield, good source of vitamins A and C, high carotene and sugar content. Good for slicing. Vine must be staked for support.
