Leaves have a minty-citrusy flavor. At maturity, green glossy leaves are purple below. Add to noodle dishes, stir-fries, lettuce wraps, fried rice. Produces into fall, blooming with small pink-to-white flowers. Can re-seed. Can grow indoors in a sunny, warm location. Outdoors it can grow to 3' tall x 18" wide. Pinch growing tips for bushy growth.
